    Standard turnaround time is 1-10 business days. For personalized products or large orders, this time may be longer, but we always inform you of any delays.
  5. Can I return a product?
    Yes, you have the right to return purchased products within 14 days of receiving them. The products must be in undamaged condition and include the original packaging. Details can be found in our Returns and Complaints section.
  6. Do you offer free shipping?
    Yes, we offer free delivery within Poland for orders over PLN 500. For smaller orders, delivery costs are calculated when placing the order.
